         Latam Award 2023 confirms and consolidates its relevance as international recognition


This year's set of cases pointed to the growing trend of initiatives and projects aimed at absolute centrality in the interests and desires of customers in all sectors.
 

A lot of celebration and fraternization set the tone of the fraternization dinner that marked the delivery of the 2023 Latam Prize, the 12th. edition of the recognition created by Aloic – Alianza Latinoamericana de Organizaciones para la Interacción con Clientes. Held this year in the city of São Paulo (SP), Brazil, the event awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies to Brazilian (18), Argentine (10), Mexican (8), Colombian (8) and Paraguayan (2) companies. ), praising the high level of projects that, increasingly, demonstrate the centrality of the client in initiatives in all the countries represente.
Gathering hundreds of businessmen, executives and specialists in customer experience strategies, the event opened with the presentation of a musical group that enlivened the night through regional songs characteristic of the North and Northeast of Brazil. Formed only by women, with their songs and instruments, they symbolized how the expression of the capacity and quality of the female universe has been manifesting itself in an increasingly intense way in all sectors of society.
Afterwards, after the performance of the Brazilian National Anthem, the president of Aloic, Vilnor Grube, greeted those present, stating his willingness to receive Latin Americans from partner countries in the same welcoming and comfortable way in which Brazilians are received by them at meetings promoted by Aloic. And, after giving a summary of the ClienteSA Award program scheduled for the following day, it was the turn of Vladimir Valadares, one of the auditors of the Latam 2023 award, to detail the objectives, fundamentals and steps that allowed objectively and seriously to validate the scores and assessments assigned by the jury.
